we got the True Hope Dolls for the girls

well the girls got their True Hope Dolls  from Bratz today, a friend at the school went home to Canada and grabbed them for me so when her Hubby came back to Australia we got them hand delivered as promised xx

the Bratz True Hope dolls will be on sale soon in Toys R Us stores in Australia either later this year or early next year so all children effected by Cancer either a family member or a parent as well as children loosing their hair for treatment can enjoy a beautiful doll that show they are still special and Beautiful
 the photo shows Cloe, Yasmin and Cameron  the girls have Cloe now and already playing with them with love xx♥

I only got the one boy as 5 dolls is special for them and they do share well xx

Family Visit

Kerrie and Dale came to Visit this last week and we had a full on week with them,so hard when Family live so far away

Friday we went to queens Park

Saturday was Whale watching with Camp Quality, we had a  ball but Girls were scared on way out and Kerrie was sick on way home

Sunday was Movie World and Wet and Wild so a hot Busy day

Monday was a rest day as Hubby was admitted to hospital with pneumonia and we also checked out Ipswich's new Water Park

Tuesday was Seaworld and Hubby coming home

Wednesday was another rest day while Kerrie sorted out all their stuff for Flights home on Thursday

and Thursday we had a sad day saying Good by at the Brisbane airport, so looking forward to getting back to SA and spending time with Family xx

we had a great week and miss them so much already, but as the words from Sponge Bob Square Pants  song,  We Had "The Best Day Ever" all week...

a Hair cut for 2012

OMG I feel so bad the girls had lovely long hair but Alex had issues with split ends and they both hated knots so now they have shoulder length hair, I am so bad but it is also Alex's First cut since she lost it all,
they like it and with Summer around the corner it will be cooler plus Alex can have it down as it is short enough not to be put up

September scan day

Yesterday was Scan day again
Alex had an Ultrasound and Chest X-Ray and all is still stable so last night we celebrated that she is a very Healthy and Happy 8 year old ♥

we got to the hospital and got to see the st George people present a check to working wonders for the Floe circus and also Happy Dragon. Plus a Flea circus but we had to leave before it really got started due to appointments :(
we had a quick visit at Radiology but as Alex has had a Bad Cough for a few weeks I grabbed a mask to protect other kids just in case, but she gets this cough 9 months a year with no other issues and have been told it is possible that it may be something we will have to deal with later but why worry now as well we can not do anything about it right now til it shows itself and we are just trying to enjoy what we now have and get back to that New Normal

Robyn and Daddy stayed home as they were sick but they did a Pirate flag ready for Talk Like A Pirate that is on the 19th of September for CCS (Childhood Cancer Support)
