Family fun day out Photo's
all is good here, well sort of we all have colds even with vitamins etc to help fight it ( yes even Daddy) Alex worries me though she only has a cough that is VERY Barky at Night and no other signs of a cold etc, but the Dr was happy with it when we left the hospital a couple of weeks ago and we do have an X-Ray and Ultrasound on next month so not long.
yeap thats me stress stress hehe must drive people crazy but well if they ask I will tell it as it is I will not sugar coat it as they expect me to I am a Cancer Kid mum so will always worry what next but Pray that we never see anything again.
This thursday we have Camp Quality Puppets coming to the school Alex's class and grade 1 will get to meet these puppets I am going in to and will sit at the back. they come to schools and help kids understand what Cancer kids are dealing with in a fun way plus that they are not going to catch it !!!! should be fun. but then saying that Alex is scared of Giggles ( camp Quality puppet that goes around the hospital he is actually a Robot on a trycicle)
we are also down for our First Family camp with this group to in November, our first cancer camp in total hehe Alex calls it Cancer Camp she is so looking forward to it and we may see other families from the RCH here in Brisbane as its the local area camp...
on Saturday we went to Queens Park they have a play area plus an animal park you can walk around so we did this Alex loved it ( the last time we went was the week before she was diagnosed ) here are some Photos from Saturday :)
Alex got Head Lice again but only a couple and off cause she shared them with me ARGH. so we all have been treated today, I am looking at this as a good thing as
1. she is a normal child at school getting normal issues
2. she has nice thick hair now hehe and its healthy
3. we are just like all the other parents at the school dealing with the normal things :)
just funny that I have checked Robyns and double checked but NONE are there hehe she has the longest hair in our house but nope none there...
